One of our clients, a five star restaurant group, is urgently looking for staff for the following positions in their company in Kuwait. The following benefits apply to all positions:
Free flights, free fully furnished accommodation, Visa's and medical paid by employer, transport to and from work.
1. Restaurant Captain (x12): In South African terms it is equal to a Courtesy lady receiving clients at the door, taking them to the table and ensure that they are satisfied and comfortable throughout their visit to the restaurant. These vacancies are for "presentable" females only, preferably between the age of 21 and 25. Contract Period: One year, renewable. Ladies interested in a career in restaurant management are preferred. Two years experience in a similar environment essential. Salary: US$1000 (R10 000 - 11 000) fixed salary, tips up to the same amount could be expected.
2. Executive Chefs (x6): Classical French trained. Knowledge and experience of fusion cooking and cuisine. 10 Years experience as Chef. Contract Period: One year renewable. Salary: US$ 1350 - 2000 (R14 000 - 20 000) + monthly incentives.
3. Musicians: To perform in upmarket Restaurants. 1- 2- 3-piece bands, soloists, pianists, guitarists required. Six-month contracts. Must have performed in public. Salaries from US$ 1650 (R17 000).
4. Retail Manageress (x2): Required for upmarket Homeware retail outlet. Experience in similar type of store essential. Contract period: One year renewable. Salary: US$ 1350 - 1500 (R14 000 - 16 000) + monthly incentives.
Requirements: Comprehensive CV (printed and on disk) and recent colour photograph.
The employer will be in South Africa during the last week of September 2002. Detail regarding interviews will be made available at a later stage.
