ONLINE DATABASE
The following will be discussed in this Newsletter: New online database, use of your username and password, placing your CV online and online application for vacancies.
New Online Database. Our online database was previously hosted by an outside company. Due to the complicated nature of the way it was set up, we appointed a database specialist to redesign the database. The new user-friendly database came into use a few weeks ago and the response from our candidates is very positive.
Username and Password. The complicated nature of the previous online database was vested in the fact that the use of the username and password caused confusion. This has now been simplified. To ensure that you receive your username and password, our offices mailed you a letter containing your username and password. To load your most recent CV just type in this username and password and proceed as instructed on the online database program on our website.
Loading your CV. Please load your most recent CV on our online database. It is essential to do this immediately as this CV will already be in the exact format required by us for international submission. Kindly note that although you sent your shortened CV to our offices, you are the only person that can load your complete CV and that can update it whenever you feel the need to do so.
Online Vacancies. This service has also been streamlined. It has the advantage that you can apply online for a vacancy. Please only apply for vacancies you qualify for.
